Still waiting for exchange email to return valve and get replacement

Took over two weeks for part to arrive. Wrong part arrived.

Took over 7 days to ship, couldn't read my order apparently and tried to swap the address numbers, when it finally shipped (after I messaged them yet again), no tracking info sent. $500 order, won't do it again.

Goods are good quality but the shipment has been delayed again and again. Finally, I just received the shipment tracking on Jul 9, 2020 and hopefully I will receive it on Jul 16, 2020 via FedEx.

After I placed my order I tried to check the status of my order for 4 weeks. I Tried phone, email, and online chat. No response on any platform. I feel customer support is very important. I will not use this company in the future!
