Prime Buy

I am worried that Prime Buy is a scam web site. I have still not received the item I ordered, and are finding it extremely difficult to communicate with them. One time out of many calls I got to speak to a representative. I was told my item would ship the same day, it did not ship. All other calls went unanswered. I tried their live chat, after waiting a while I got a message that said "No agents were available". Sent emails and the replies were "item was shipped", I still do not have a tracking number, which they said they were waiting for. Tracking numbers are issued when package has shipped. Customer service does not exist at Prime Buy, no honest communication at all with customers. I want to reiterate I think Prime Buy is a scam! I would hope this review would get a response from someone at Prime Buy.

Sudden change of price on product, delivery time taking way too long than expected, not worth it
