Called Customer Service several times and never got someone to answer

The product arrived and is good, however, the amount of effort I had to put into placing this order was ridiculous. It took over a month to place the order - between calling and leaving voicemails and then waiting for updates from customer service via email.

You changed the delivery date 3 times.

Ordered yard hydrant 4/12/2024. It is now 4/20/2024. Not shipped and no contact from the company..

i ordered a part and you said you did not have it. i cancelled my order and ordered the part elsewhere. you then emailed me that it shipped anyway. now i have an extra part.
