Product is good. Price, ordering, shipping, email updates all good. Product had bent corners. Shipping box was undamaged, so this was shipped that way. Too expensive a product to ship with bent corners. I was able to straighten and it will be ok, but disappointing.

I purchased some parts under the Merrill name. Your communication could be better. Tank Tee has Merrill stamped on it, everything else is Taiwan or China. Such is our world today…we don’t make much anymore here.

Ordered pump 6/17/23. Inquired today (7/11/23) and am told to expect delivery this evening about 7PM. Unhappy that it took almost one month before getting product. Attempted on-line info and was frustrated as system did not recognize my input. Later after chat session went back to check profile. Why my cell # was not verified in the beginning but not I have since rectified the problem. Also, system did not recognize my using User name/Email address.
