The shipping was a hustle

wish you had product tracking. Ordered item 5 days ago. Don't know where my order is.

I purchased a product. There was no notice that it was shipped. I called several times and also sent email but never got a reply. I almost reordered it elsewhere when it showed up at my office. I'm not so happy with their support system but the product was exactly what I ordered.

It was my first time using your company and the PayPal only payment issue made me nervous you were not a legitimate company.

It takes them over 5 days to process an order. The order should process in less than a day. I will not use them again.
