Took way to long to get supply's and this is the first time I ordered from here and my identity got stolen not saying this is related but this is why I hate ordering online

No QR code with product. This was a problem when trying to figure out the lamp's mounting clamp. There was a hard plastic insert that needed to be removed and nothing online to help

Took too long to receive part otherwise ok

It was impossible for me to register for the status of my order. Your website responded that I Already had an account but I did not know the pass code. I've never ordered from you before. Thankfully I received an email when the order was shipped. But I still do not know UPS shipping status.

When my item was lost in the mail (arrived at wrong address)there was zero communication through email, text, phone, face book. I assumed the site was a scam. So don't expect any customer service response. I now worry how safe my c.c. info is.
