Because I made it known to a male subject, that, I had changed my mind and he made it known all my money would be put back into my bank account 7 to 10 days and the order was canceled and now I have found out it wasn’t done like he said! But you still sent the items to me anyway and my order wasn’t canceled and my money was taken out of my bank account anyway. Really!! Why did you lie to me? Because you’re company just plain dishonest with me or do you do this to others as well? All items haven’t been open at all and are still sealed and waiting for return. Tried to cancel the order 20 minutes after placing it and the operator said it couldn't be cancelled. Got the product and it is worthless. Takes 15 seconds to translate Spanish. Google translate takes 1-2 seconds. They said to ship it back...TO LITHUANIA! Costs more than the product value plus 15% restock fee and $10 charge! No other remedies were available. Had to resort to getting the Credit Card company to resolve it which they did in a matter of 2 days and I got a full refund after a week. YAH! This is a bogus company and a bogus product from start to finish. BEWARE!
