Ich möchte seid einer Woche die Ware zurückgeben, bis jetzt ohne Erfolg. Bei der Bestellung wurde alles in Deutsch geschrieben, jetzt bekomme ich nur noch E Mail in English.

The device I received did not work properly. The volume was too low to be heard and could not be changed. I contacted customer service and they told me this was a known problem with iphones. The work-around they suggested did not work. The device has to be returned to Lithuania! Don’t bother. Just use Google translate. It’s free and it works well enough.

I have made at least 4 attempts to return the unit. but no one would respond to my requests for a return address. Please send the return procedures. Thanks/

Ich wurde nicht informiert, dass das Gerät aus Singapur kommt und Zoll verhältismässig sehr hoch ist. Keine Information, dass ein Smartphone nötig und in Betrieb sein muss. Es gibt ja Apps für Smartphone, damit ist Ihr Gerät überflüssig.

This wonderful product was advertised on YouTube ad I jumped at it because it sounds like a great device for my work, however, I have a stupid old flip top phone, NOT a "Smart" phone, rendering my purchase all for naught. I have applied to your company for a refund and sent a copy of the purchase through PayPal and am waiting also for instructions on returning this great product.
