The language I bought it for. Took over the entire phone and I had to call Apple support to restore it to English. Sure you gave me 15% back Woopdedoo! That covered the extended warranty. (It's $50.00 to mail it back out of the United States for a full refund) Very disappointed! Now I'm out $100.00

The translation device is of very poor quality. It can only take one sentence at a time and even then doesn't get all the words right. It requires WiFi in order to work, which was not evident in the advertising. I was wrongly charged (ordered 3 devices and was charged for 5)--I responded within a minute asking the website to correct their error and was told the order had been shipped already. Then there was no response to my saying I wanted a refund for devices I didn't order. I was treated very poorly as a customer--do not buy from this company.
