I tell you the product doesn't work for me because I don't have a smart phone available ...... And you spend me a return address for Lithuania. Shame on you and your company.

The instructions are very poor and after some time I was able to get it to work sometimes, but most of the time it did not work. The Google translator works so far better. Keep in mind this device must be connected to the Internet just like the Google translator.

Still waiting for a return address so can get my refund after returning this translation machine because have difficult time using my Samsung galaxy s20 and you machine together am 75 years old disable and just tryed to return it back you your company sent also PayPal close my case for lack of information and still waiting for return address so can process my refund 227.85 Herbert Souza 8145 E.Ave Hesperia California 92345-1509
