Restock fee for an unopened package still new from there shipping spot, had to pay shipping to get it back. So on a $116 item I lost $16 for restocking and another $18.00 to ship it back. Who makes out: you’ll sell it back at original price and lose.

I am not impressed by the item. It is yet in its infancy. Most of the time it had a wrong translation . Not ready for persons with "heavy"accents. Has to work with your phone but was advertised as a stand alone.

I asked for help from customer service. They said they would send me an email with the answer to my question. That was several days ago, and I still have not received an answer. I was told the answer would be coming within the hour. So much for promises.

The product arrived OK but little to no instructions on how to use it and no instructions how to link it to the learning software. So i had to spend hours on line getting instructions. Very bad. I have been bombarded every since purchases with adverts for other products, even after i said i didn't want any adverts. Will not buy again from this company anything at all.
