Vocês não informaram na propaganda que só posso usar se conectado ao app e a internet, nem cheguei a testar o aparelho, assisti alguns videos no youtube e todos fizeram o teste e o resultado de todos, esse aparelho me decepcionou. Quero devolver , e veio sem manual.

"We shall" is translated in a grave insult in indonesian. I hope the sending back does not appear to be a marsh with incassos and lawyers. Misinterpretations are wide spread.

I have asked you for returninstructions twice. When will these arrive!?

The sad thing about the translator i got is that every time I use it i have to clean the cache. It is not hard to put that in the app program. Everytime you open clear the cache

I received a translator that doesn't work well. It is not reliable and I would like to replace it. I have been asking for an RPA form so I can return it and I'm not getting anywhere. I purchased it on May 4th and received it on May 10th. I have all of the packaging material. I am saying that it is defective because it hasn't worked for me. I want to send it back within the 30 days.
