Technical service is a joke and product doesn't work

Awful

I took the sky roam to my cottage that only has Verizon service. My buddy uses his iPad w Verizon as a hotspot without issue. The sky roam could not pick up the service. It was not useful on my trip.

This whole device and setup is a scam for outrageous hidden in app fees False advertising + bait and switch. Your ad: 3 months unlimited high speed global data Reality: 20gb of high speed data (which can be used in 1 day with multiple devices) 3 months of mediocre speed data with the option to purchase high speed per gb

Customer service replied days late and had inane suggestions
