Skyroam - OLD

You sent and charged me for two. I asked for a return label for the extra one. And NO ONE RESPONDED TO ME after telling me they were “checking with the team before sending my return label.”

I can't get it to connect and customer service doesn't respond.

Seems I have made a mistake purchasing this item, can’t seem to get it to give me more then 2-3 mbps. Purchased as back up to remote home working and it has failed me twice. Customer support is friendly to help till they run out of options to try and then disappear. Emailed customer support to contact me and still waiting.

Waste of money, not functional in N.E Texas, USA.
