Skyroam - OLD

TOOK WEEKS - TO SHIP - HAD TO FILE - A PAYPAL CLAIM It took, nearly a month, to get a refund, luckily paypal, took my side and gave me, a refund.

This is the worst experience I have had in years!!!! Your promise was that the skyroam was to be shipped in 1-2 days. It has been three days and I still haven't received a tracking notification. Your agent said my purchase has "been approved"?? What does that mean? By now it should be on the way. I can't get a straight answer and I am told "the manager is not available" I am thinking I will cancel my order. TOO BAD because I have been thinking about this purchase for almost a year and finally took the leap and now I find out your company is at best inefficient or at worst just incompetent. BUMMER

I am trying to use my unlimited service that I paid over $65 for and it won't let me. I reached out several times over email and have gotten no response.

The Solis X is not working even in San Francisco International Airport. I took it with me in the Philippines and a tower is nearby and still NOT working. I will be back to USA on April 2021. I want my refund back of my money. Let me know.
