Service doesn't work

Didn’t work. After several days and several hour long conversations with the support staff I was told that “some of the units just don’t work”.

unable to change... and paying too much... knowroaming seems better for now.

Personally I didnt have a good experience with it - was horrible! I purchased a plan that i didnt get to use due to internet dropping all the time and wish i could get my money back for the plan purchased. Out of a global unlimited plan i only got to use less than 5 GB in 30 days. The website is hard to navigate. The plans on your website is very dubious and not clear what one is signing onto. The internet was horribly slow to connect and cannot be used for any browsing, videos or uploads.

Really annoyed that you can’t buy 3 months on the website. It wouldn’t allow me to pay through the app so I’m stuck paying month for month. Feeling like I got scammed . Very annoyed
