Very disappointed

Horrible service, they used to be pretty good..I have no idea what happened to them. Won’t use Skyroam again.

Ordered a month ago. Skyroam sent the package to my billing address when I have documents from Skyroam to confirm it was shipped to the shipping address entered. Called you hot line. Was disconnected 7 times!!! Why: "No one is available, call later!" Went on the chat line. Was offered to live my contacts and someone would get back to me within 48 hours. It has been 10 Days and no calls. Still don't have my product. I hope your $@$%@%$ company goes out of business. You deserve it!

Service was horrible. Talked to customer service in advance of trip and was assured it would work. Did not work. Then attempted to get mail label and no one responded for days
