Again it burns the time but no service

Cannot reset forgotten password. 24/7 ph # says no one available call later. Frustrated.

Not good and not reliable.

Connection is always poor, and mostly unusable. I purchased $100 re-up 14 days ago and the Gigs purchased are still not available. Stay away. I invested in their hotspot, so I keep trying, but if you aren't stuck like I am, go with someone else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My Solis has only worked about 40% of the time since I received it. When I call Support, they say the cause is equipment issues like the towers. I have the search option on to search for other towers but it doesn’t help.
