Customer service is an A+

Customer service is an A+ but the internet service is horrible. It stated on your website you can connect up to 10 devices but that is a lie. Most of the time 1 device won't work and don't connect 2 it stops the other device from connecting. It is frustrating

Horrible. I could not get

Horrible. I could not get assistance with setting up the device so I returned it and I still have not received my refund a month later! I do not recommend this company or device!
