The service is terrible and customer service is nonexistent just a chat and not very knowledgeable of that

En un principio fue muy buena pero después me pase muchas horas con la gente de soporte y nadie me solucionó hasta que encontraron que el problema estaba en la torre en Bolivia Pero antes me hicieron gastar plata y cambiar equipo y hoy no funciona y perdí mi código global

You did awful.

Completely unimpressed and will never use Skyroam again.
