web site is useless, thats why i cancelled an sending back monday so is your customer service number.

Not a good experience. As in my review the hotspot keep dropping. Speed/coverage is slow to none. Says you provide 4g but it gives 3g service! You guys are a rip off.

never received my sky roam

Ordered new device, received a used one, had to fight to replace with a new one and mailed at my own expense, was promised a $50 credit towards service but haven't received it after a month. Customer service stopped answering my emails. Disappointed.

Not worth it. Don't work the way it was advertised. Always cuts out super slow waste of money and time. Very disappointed.
