This service is worthless and expensive... I had such high hopes. Never stays connected. Robbery. How can you charge me money when I can’t even use the internet. This is robbery.., Solis is getting something for nothing. Deceit!

The directions are vague and customer service is non-existent. Do not recommend. Save yourself the headache and frustration.

Customer service was no help when I couldn’t get on my work site.

I was never able to get a signal on my Solis or use the data plan I purchased.

I was promised a refund as of a month and a half ago. I’m still awaiting for refund
