I would rate the 0 if I could. This Hotspot never worked even after calling several times to get assistance. No follow up either.

Terrible business with no attention paid to detail. I was sent a broken charger and was not provided a new one. I was only able to use my rental for one day before it died.

I placed a rental order because I wanted to try it out before buying. Before shipping notification, I received a refund. No notification whatsoever about why the order was cancelled/refunded. Too bad, because I was looking forward to this. You lost a customer!

Bought $49 worth of gigs could not use any of the passwords supplied in April 21. Still waiting for the refund. Don’t really expect to see it from these #### s.
