Skyroam - OLD

I keep getting emails to review the product. I paid for expedited shipping and the label has only been created. I ordered it a week ago and it hasn’t even shipped. I just received another email wanting to review tour product. Get it to me and maybe I will love it. I think paying for 2 day shipping should at least be reimbursed.

Order on website - it took me multiple tries to cancel one program so I could order a different one. Very frustrating.

Got the unit in 3 days. Works great till you run out of 'high speed' data. Then throttles you down to 1 Mbps.. too slow.. i'll be finding another carrier. Plus the fastest speed with 'high speed' was only 16 Mbps and I have a full scale Tmobile signal.

You need to fix website so it’s functional when viewed on smart phones. I tried buying a Solus for fifteen minutes but the “Buy now” button isn’t visible on my iPhone. I gave up. Later I used laptop where “But now”, and “shopping cart” are visible.

Our internet was slow, even before we ran out of high-speed data. We expected faster service, especially in an area where we get good cell phone data.
