The product is okay but signal is just so so meaning that you do not get good signal at a lot of places. Secondly do not trust their offers . When I bought it they had a offer of $50 coupon for ANY service but when I tried to use it they started making excuses and when I complained they gave me a service which I did want. So be careful.

I Purchased an all day pass to use when I was moving, and didn't have internet set up in my new place. The device showed that I was connected to my pass, but there was ZERO internet service. I had to rely on my phone's hotspot which is a very limited account. So far I am greatly disappointed. I wasted money, lost a day pass, and had no service. Would not recommend.

I was charged an additional shipping fee even if I didn’t need it. This should be refunded.

I ordered a per gig plan, then after confirming an unlimited loan popped up. I brought the second plan but it took forever to update plans, and I lost the $9 for the first plan. The mechanics of “quitting” the first plan to add the second plan were irritating and concoluted.

I can't connect too the device. I sent an email to your support people and haven't heard anything from them.
