Skyroam - OLD

The ordering process was easy enough but the follow up confirmation of shipping was non-existent (even though the device arrived in timely manner). Response from Support team regarding how to use free credit obtained during purchase was also inconsistent. Quick reply initially followed by silence for weeks. This may have been due to a known problem that was solved by a separate company email. Additionally there seems to be multiple website versions that do not compliment each other or the app which added to the confusion. However once device arrived, set up was easy and instructions were clear

Haven’t used the service yet, but I’m hopeful. Trying to use my $50 prepaid wifi promo gift was a giant hassle. 2 phone calls, 2 chats provided very little help! Finall y figured it out. Not impressed so far.

I just bought the device and the case, but actually I want to get everything that I need to use it as soon I receive it but it doesn’t tell me what should I get....

I thought I'd receive my daypasses electronically as I'm away from home however they are being shipped to my house. I'll use them another time however was hoping they'd just be applied to my account.

Can't rate as I have yet to use the system.
