Unfortunately where we were in the mountains of North Carolina there was no cellphone signal and we were not able to use the instrument at all. We have used them in the past in places like London, Paris and China without any issues My giving three stars is not due to any fault of their own but the realization of things that can affect use of these products.

My service since I got to Antigua yesterday have been very poor!

It was not possible to buy more then one device. Support could tell me that a cookie was the problem...
