Think like the customer. Not like a company. Customers want ease of use of discounts applied to account rather than holding emails of your purchased discount codes

Would not work consistently. Speed of wifi was not as advertised.

Great idea. Arrived quickly, good quality. In the area I live in, it worked but worked slow. I think we have too many mountain obstructions for it to work great.

Random service. We used on a trip in our RV & when we had a signal it was very strong & dependable. Unfortunately, there were many times our phone hotspots worked great & we had NO signal at all from Skyroam. Were really hoping to use for our RV needs but signal is WAY too random for us.

The site has everything you need you just need to be able to find it. Customer service takes a minute but be patient with them, they know what they’re doing.
