The item arrived much quicker than I anticipated!

It was easy to load Day passes. I don't understand why I need to fill out all the shipping information when I will receive my purchases via email. the website was somewhat easy to navigate. Obviously there was no package to critic.

Good experience but it was unclear when I could sign up for service until I made a follow up call.

The unit I rented provided the best reception, coverage and speed I have experienced to date. Thank you ! There were a couple of bumps in the customer experience of picking up and returning the unit, but not significant enough to deter me from using the service again. (This is why I awarded 4 stars and not five) In fact, they will be my first choice next time!

Skyroam worked great while we were camping in Mountains where we got zero coverage from Verizon. We knew our phones Would be useless without another way to connect Skyroam was a convenient cost effective way to stay connected. Easy to set up and use only issue was having to go to website vs app if we didn’t renew for another day before it ran out even though I bought a 10 pack of day passes. I finally figured it out!
