The service was sufficient. I noticed when I was on a Zoom or Google video call i would loose internet connection. Random moments of restarting were also weird. It could be better if you could choose between 3G and 4G for unlimited monthly internet. You notice a difference in speed from 3G to 4G. I liked that the hotspot was still operational even when you are charging it.

I bought the Solis Lite because I don't have wired internet at my new house. Well, it doesn't work well. When it works, it works pretty well, but when it doesn't, which is most of the time, it doesn't work at all. I was quite disappointed. I was also disappointed in the tech support when I called. One gentleman told me the exact incorrect information, so I found it generally disappointing. I am glad I didn't have a contract, now I will probably try and sell my Solis Lite.

I bought the solis lite before coming to greece. initially it seemed like a good product but once the "Unlimited" aspect of your 20gb "Unlimited" plan ran out, the speed dropped to a point where it really was barely usable. so I purchased more data, for $80 plus dollars and I would have to say that it still doesn't work very well. for email and limited web surfing it's OK. Streaming is nearly impossible with the constant rebuffering. it's better than no wifi but not by much.
