Great technology at a good price IF you are just based in the USA. I asked about the Bahamas before purchasing and was led to believe it would work where there was 'cell services' - I purchased all the equipment, installed it while in the USA, and to my surprise when I arrived in the Bahamas for the season the Siren system relies on LTE-M (which is not present in the Bahamas)... If only they would put the $5 chip in for Wifi support - my starlink could make this investment work in non LTE-M zones... but now it's an expensive waste of money. I wish i could return it but its too late.

I KEEP GETTING ERROR MESSAGES ON THE WIRELESS BATTERY MONITOR. AND THE LOG IN FAILED BECAUSE OF A SERVER PROBLEM THE OTHER DAY AND YOU DON’T HAVE ENOUGH STAFF TO ANSWER THE PHONE. SO A CALL BACK HOURS LATER DOESN'T REALLY WORK IF YPOU CANT DISARM THE SYSTEM ON THE SPOT.

My SirenMarine was hooked up, but does not read any engine information. Only gives me location of the boat and the batteries that are plugged in. So far not worth the money. Not sure if the shop screwed up or it's the siren 3 machine that is not working correctly. Not getting answers from shop which says they aren't getting answers from Siren Marine. SirenMarine also does not give you Inst ructions on how to use the app or how to use anything. Tried looking online for instructions, but there wasn't none either. Only thing online is how to set it up, not how to use the app.

This product completely stopped working one week after installation. I’m having to pay my marina service team to find out why. Terrible product and waste of money.

Hopeless
