Service not working out of USA.

Started out as a great product with great customer service over last two years. It’s nowhere near the quantity and there is no support. Not to mention how siren has managed the roll out of the units they had that became unusable.

What have I received? Recently

Alerts are delayed. I get no real time alerts....and then 12 or 20 hours later I get a flood of old text message alerts all at once. Am I doing something wrong? thank you. - James D
