Not impressed, service and app don't function well. Customer service just left me hanging when I encountered an issue.

With the system working I am pleased with it but I was not happy with the installation process. It was. It that it was difficult but that we had a major delay due to every battery being dead that came with the sensors. We could not find them locally so had to order them. Delayed the job when we already had a very tight schedule.

Terrible experience getting timely support information!! I still have not been able to get my questions answered!

Sensors are not as easy to install as said. You will need an electrician, and even they might run into problems. I tried to contact through the support to get assistance, but have not got any response.
