I placed an order almost 2 weeks ago with items that were in stock according to the website. Finally they were not and was told they would ship in 3-4 days, it did not happened... Finally got word that it would ship yesterday but I can’t seem to be able to track it. It was my last order with you guys. Honestly I’m beyond disappointed....

Don't say $0.00 shipping then turn around and charge the customer at a later date; that is dishonest and misleading.

Ordered an item last 8/17 and paid $30 for 2 day delivery. There was an issue with UPS, I emailed FilmTools Regarding it, got a vague response about looking into it and I have still yet to hear back or receive the item a week later.

We were shipped our Dana Dolly kit with curved poles but they weren't the correct sizes. I called immediately and was promises a call back but didn't receive one. I called the next day and talked to a new rep who also promised me a call back. The next day, I was asked for pictures which I provided and did not receive any confirmation that the problem would be fixed. It has been a week since we received the product and we have still not reached a resolution.
