The 2 hats that I ordered arrived promptly yesterday. Unfortunately, 1 of the hats is barely stitched on the top. I am not happy - it does not meet my expectations. Thank you, George S. from NJ

I tried several times to submit my transaction via the website to no avail. Called and placed my order that way. Online it said free shipping but via phone there was a shipping charge. Fine. But the operator basically scolded me for pointing out the discrepancy and made it very clear that future orders would have a shipping charge. It was as if I was the one who made a mistake and was trying to get a freebie. The entire thing just left a bad taste.

I live in the LA area, with traffic it makes it inconvenient to visit burbank at times. It would be great to have more items available on amazon, because I paid more for shipping than the cost of the item. I would buy more if you had cheaper shipping service.
