Not Good, still waiting for something to be sent. while i have had two of the same item sent to me. Never buying from this site again.

Worst buying experience I've had. I purchased a grip belt 2 months ago. Got random emails from what I assume are employees of the company discussing where to ship my belt from and I had no idea if I was required to take any action during the 2 days of emails. Then the transaction which was pending on my bank account just disappeared and everything looked as if the order had been canceled on its own with no documentation or emails to say either way. Fast forward to yesterday I get an email saying my belt has shipped and they take the money immediately out of my account. I am now forced to buy the belt right now even though I don't have the budget to like I did 2 months ago. The lack of organization and dependability has made me make the decision to never buy from film tools ever again. I'll go elsewhere with my business regardless of price.

Strongly suggest that, in the future, you avoid sending review requests to people who are still waiting over a month for a "2-3 week" product order to be completely fulfilled.

Ordered online. Expected fast in store pick up. Order wasn’t ready. Took about 10 minutes to get ready upon arrival.
