Slowest shipping of any place I have ordered from on the web. Always take more then 2 weeks to ship even when the item says to be in stock

I was quoted free shipping when order was placed then after waiting a week for the order to be filled I was told they would be charging shipping costs. If a business is going to quote free shipping on the sales order reciept then that is the agreed purchase costs. It is misleading and just bad business to try to add on costs after the sale has been made. I advise others to confirm with Filmtools at the time of purchase that there will not be any additional costs after sale has been made.

I ordered a cart hoping 2 weeks would be enough time to receive for a show, only to find out they are assembling carts and can give me no idea when it will ship. I would not have ordered if I had known they were back ordered.

pickup was atrocious. having the products "ready for pickup" means that you're ready to walk up and grab them. "Curbside pickup" also implies that you pull up in a car and pick up your items, like many other stores are doing now for COVID ordering. What you seemed to offer was just basic 'store pickup.' I waited 30+ minutes to simply pick up a hard drive, as did a few other people waiting on the sidewalk with me. Please streamline this. If an order is ready, put those products NEARBY where customers pick them up.

Poor communication, fragmented system. Took multiple days, emails and phone calls to complete and pick up 5 items. Waste of everyone’s time.
