Took out my gloves and then shipped order before telling me
My friend went into Fillmtool's store for me looking to pick up a pair of gloves I saw online: https://www.filmtools.com/setwear-pro-leather-glove-xs-s.html
She was told it was only an online deal. So I ordered them online and added another $25 to my cart to qualify for $50 free shipping. Two days later, I received an email from Marcus saying the gloves were no longer being manufactured by Setwear and that they had shipped out my order without the gloves. Because of misinformation from the sales rep, I was not able to get my gloves in time for a shoot. I needed them asap. Had I known they were not available, I would have saved my $50 to buy from a vendor who had gloves I wanted since I had no time to run in to a store and needed that free shipping. It is irresponsible to tell a customer in store that this is an online deal only, and then once the customer buys it online, to say that the manufacturer no longer makes them. In addition, I responded to Marcus saying I would like to cancel the entire order if the gloves could not be included. He didn't even understand me, and the order had already been shipped out. I would have liked a check-in before shipping, because I would have just cancelled the entire order. The link to the gloves are still on Filmtool's website listed as "in stock" by the way. I'm disappointed and frustrated.
