Your automatic or selected Shipping costs are over the top. $21 shipping on a $70 3 oz product?

Found most of everything I needed. Some stuff is even cheaper than at bigger outlets. I grew frustrated as my cart kept emptying itself randomly. I would check out and the items would be different quantities than what I wanted. After the fifth time I managed to get what I wanted confirmed on checkout.

I wasn't informed of anything being backordered. Not sure why it took so long to ship. I believe it will arrive in the States while I'm still there but that's cutting it much closer than I thought.

Could have ordered on amazon but went through filmtools. 10 days later I’m still waiting for the shipment. Should have payed the extra for Amazon service

After buying $340 dollars worth of expendables and equipment it's pretty disappointing to have to still pay for shipping.
