My last Filmtools order was cancelled without my knowledge. This Filmtools order never gave me a quote for shipping, and I have not received a tracking number so I assume my order has not yet shipped. This is a fast paced business. All the delays and confusion with shipping is detrimental to the flow of production. Service is great, shipping not so much

Good prices on your stuff but your shipping is incredibly expensive. Just spent $15 to ship 3 packs of Stick it dots to WA state. Received it in bubble envelope weighing just 7 oz. Pls add some cheaper options for shipping.

The initial experience of placing an online order was easy and fast; when I called about a billing discrepancy, the fella I spoke with was professional and offered to send over a copy of my invoice; but when I reported my card being double charged and requested a refund, the response has been quite slow....

Website loads slowly and doesn't have things like being able to save carts or lists to help build a purchase. Ordering is clunky and the few times I have ordered requires a second approval of shipping costs, but that comes through an automated system that has never allowed me to reply to it meaning I wait for someone to send a "this is the second time we've tried getting your approval" even though I did respond to the original request with approval. The site feels old and acts old, it's in need of a full bottom to top redo to keep up with andorama and bh.
