Maybe I missed it but a few of the items I purchased are on backorder. (MSE wall plates). If it was more clear on the site that these items were low on stock, I probably would have purchased elsewhere.

Hi, I placed an online order for will call. Then called to see when it would be ready and was told 2 hours. I was not informed that my items were on backorder until someone had driven to the warehouse to pick it up. Bummer.

They offered a $25 gift card with my purchase....never delivered. Totally fake !!

I placed a very small,order on 11/7 and somewhat forgot about it until I was contacted by a[ third party asking if I had or had not received my order. I had not, so was directed back to Filmtools and after an online chat, it became clear that my order was never shipped. Or even processed. I’m told it is now on the way. Too bad about this. I am part of a long time feature film/commercials family and just needed these items for my personal use as a painter. It is,now 11/19.

One thing I suggest is that I receive too many emails regarding an order. Every time I place an order I receive an order email, an invoice email, a survey email and then a shipping email. Way to many emails for one product. Ordering from B&H in concise, in one email and Im not bombed with survey emails after ordering a roll of gaff tape.
