Shipping cost seemed very high, and packaging was decent. The product I got was exactly as advertised and feels very sturdy. Can’t wait to try it out my gripper 115 mount storm chasing this season!

Very slow shipping (12 days from order to WA state), but item finally arrived in perfect condition.

The only retailer that had what I needed at the time.

The FilmTools representative I spoke to was very courteous and took the extra effort in finding the item number to help me find the things I was looking for.

I had to wait 50 min at will call...
