Love the breadth of product but difficult to order. We ordered at 8 in the morning and got no confirmation that product was ready. So we called at 1 and were told it would be an hour. So we went over at 2 and had to wait another hour in the car along with 20 other cars. It was frustrating.

Outstanding customer service and fast delivery.

I haven't received any of my two orders.

Pleasant staff. Travis was very likeable.

Film Tools is not cheap-- But they have everything you need. Which can save you a lot of money in wasted time and energy piecing things together or bargain hunting. You can save time, or you ca save money, but you can't have both. I appreciate their helpful staff and I like knowing that money spent here is money that keeps people and goods in Los Angeles working. Skip the Amazon knock offs and go buy the real thing. It works, it lasts, and it's good for your consumer karma--
