I got the Astro C40 controller because of the fragility of XBOX elite controllers and I should have not given you guys the benefit of the doubt. After hardly a month of use and no harm to the controller, it just randomly stopped working. I can't believe these are allowed to be sold. Horrible product.

They sent me the wrong product. I returned the product and it has been a month and I still have not received my refund.

I’m disappointed that the A50 soo expensive and the headband piece falls and needs a clip to hold it, smh, mic doesn’t sound clear for a ps5 system, you will need to buy a Astro HDMI cable to connect to your tv in order the headphones to work properly. On top of paying 300$ + on a headset. Just terrible. Also Takes a lot to charge the headphones.

I bought my second pair of Astro A50s recently and this newer model had been awful. The “band” that goes over the top of your head that says “Astro” between 2 plastic pieces keeps popping out every 5 minutes making this headset very annoying to use.

My Astro’s are always the best. I decided to order off the website this time to support the brand rather than Best Buy and will never do so again. I paid for fast shipping and I think it took 2x the amount a regular shipment would take. I will continue to use third party sellers as they seem to be more invested in getting customers their product. Truly love your brand, but the customer service is inadequate.
