I’ve purchased two sets of the Astro a40 wired gaming headsets and neither of them have worked correctly. The microphone right out of the box just has not worked. I’m $250 down in headsets and I’m still using my controller microphone from my PlayStation. Extremely disappointed, especially when u try to reach out to the support team and it’s just robots that give automated responses that do not help with my issue. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Terrible Software doesn’t work had to return

bought astro a50's and out of the box they wouldn't work. so i returned them a month ago haven't seen a refund for the 300$ yet. customer service is always busy can't ever get thru to anyone.

They say they sell console headsets what they don't tell you is you need to plug them into a computer to update them to play on consoles I returned them and still have not got my refund its been almost a month and also refuse to give me any update on it

Bought the astro a50 mod kit and it doesn’t fit the astro a50 wireless headset. I’ve spoken to different support staff, sent videos, pictures as they requested and still not further forward. Been unable to use my headset for gaming for nearly 1 month. After always glowing highly about Astros I wouldn’t buy again after this length of time
