I’ve been waiting months, still no headset. No refund either.

Ordered a new wire jack for my headset and paid for express shipping. Website said that if you purchase express shipping then you get the product within 1-2 days of purchase. Two weeks go by and nothing. I contacted customer support and I was told that express shipping gets you the product within 1-2 days of it leaving the factory and not purchase. I asked for a refund for shipping as that is very misleading, I was told yes that is fine. Still no refund. 2 weeks after that the product turned up, It was a different size to what I ordered. Bought some Turtle Beaches which turned up 3 days after purchase on normal delivery. Would highly suggest that company over this one.

Customer service was horrible

USB never arrived even after I spent an extra amount to deliver fast plus having to fix the shipping address did nothing. I still to not have it, not worth the money.

Ordered a new cord over a month ago at this point and I still haven't received my order.
