I got it about 2 weeks ago and my mics cut in and out like my last one same problem had with my old one

It works and sounds alright, but feels like there were some false advertising on the sales page. It has eq, but doesn't work with the astro app, other than updating firmware. It shuts itself off after 5 minutes of not being used, which includes sitting there, surfing for videos to watch, with no setting to change time or ability. TL;DR, not worth its price for what you get out of it. Has bells and whistles, but no way to configure any of it.

Slightly frustrated as spent alot of money, both thumbsticks damaged within 2 months. Stick drift and not clicking properly. Followed all astro online advice but still didn't work so bought new modules, not thinking only 1 would turn up. The controller is great and the new thumbstick module seems to be working. However not paying another small fortune for another one. Its a shame.

Pretty scummy to sell two USBs when one could be designed for both the PS5 and Xbox. I have both and now that I figured that out after trying to play with some friends and it not working, I have sold my Astro headset. No longer a customer. This is what happens.

I’ve tried to pair it with the headset and it will not pair. I ordered the right one for it to pair with the headset as we lost the original. No directions on how to pair it with the headset and no phone number to try and get help with this either. If someone. Could reach out to me about this and help us I will be glad to change this review. Otherwise, I wouldn’t recommend anyone buying a replacement transmitter.
