You guys make me pay extra for a fast delivery shipping and that thing came 2 weeks later but is fine.

It took well over a month for my product to get here. It works fine but was an absolute nuisance to wait for.

You guys don't seem to get in a hurry to ship anything

i had to order a new mic piece for my A40’s because they wouldn’t replace it. It was broken when I received it.

The reason for such a low review are because of two main reasons. 1.) The shipping time was absurd and when contacting customer service about it they do not have a convenient phone line to communicate, and responding to emails are very slow and unhelpful on their end. 2.) The modules themselves work well for the most part, but I have an issue with these modules lasting and holding up to their high price tag, I would expect these to outlast beyond my needs.
