I would definitely recommend Astro products to my acquaintances, but my most recent purchase was met with a lot of disappointment. I bought a set of A03 in-ears after having them be recommended by an Astro-approved support account after I laid out what I was looking for my new acquisition, but the product did not meet expectations

My order didnt come till 2 weeks after the date it was to be delivered and i paid for faster shipping

Very disappointed especially when you pay for something that should have been free

I ordered the cord for the Astro a40tr headset and got sent a cord without the volume scroll wheel and mute/unmute button

I ordered the mute cable from Astro. It was $9.99 and with shipping and tax came out to about $17. Ordered it on the 7th, shipping confirmation on the 14th, didn’t receive the item until the 29th. Product works, does what it’s supposed to but…I should’ve just spent the extra $10 and got it on Amazon in 2 days.
