So I received my headset with one of my headset sides going out like my left one continues to go out. I’m not sure if the headset is bad or my cord is bad but it continues to go out and I was wondering if it was because I ordered it for two days shipping but I’m not sure what’s the reason if I received it that way and I was wondering if someone from Astro gaming could help me with my problem or my issue maybe I could receive another Jese ship that went back I really would just like to receive a better headset, because the one I received came messed up please reach back to me if i could be help @hllanos57@yahoo.com thank you

I received in decent time. But I could only buy 1 no more than that. Also u stop doing updates or anything with the controller c40

My base unit stopped working and is still under warranty. I explained I needed the headset for work daily when I contacted support who couldn't have cared less. The only option I was given was to pay to send the faulty box to you and do without headphones for UP TO A MONTH?!?! I feel really let down by astro. Especially when you pay so much for them in the first place! Not a good experience. I couldn't do without them for a month so had to pay for a new base! This is not good customer service.

right headphone didnt work but at least the return process seems easy enough. taking it to the post tomorrow

I was disappointed when I received new Astro A40s and eventually learned, after an hour of trying to figure out why my brand new headset wasn't working, that they are pretty useless without the additional mixing amp. I cannot justify paying for both products or the quality of the A40s without the mixing amp at the price. I also have not been credited for my return yet; I believe the 3 week quoted time has passed.
